Denisa and the staff were amazing right from first contact. We received great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit all over the island. The apartment is new and stunning, the pool and views are amazing and the location is perfect if you rent a car or scooter etc. (This can be organised through their partner on site, but it's cheaper to do online and you receive better insurance, or at one of the many rental places all over the island). The apartments are less than 10 mins from Kamari Beach, 10 mins from the airport and less than 20 mins from Fira. We had such a great stay and would highly recommend to anyone wanting to experience a little bit of luxury in Santorini. You're also close to one of the more famous restaurants on the island (6 min walk) 'Metaxi Mas' which is delightful. Another added benefit is that you're that little bit removed from the hustle and bustle of the tourist destinations, so your stay will be peaceful and quiet of an evening. A quick tip from us: if you're staying for a week or so and need to do some laundry, the most convenient service is in Kamari 'laundry spa eco cleaners', who offer very quick and good value service. 17 euro per 6kg. 10/10, thanks so much for an amazing stay 😊

This was a fabulous return stay to Serapias Suites as we had stayed at this accommodation previously in October 2023. The location is perfect, comes with parking and you can easily get to many popular places. The suites have everything that you need, including a fabulous breakfast with lots of options! We stayed for a total of 6 nights, as we were getting married on the island and wanted a two bedroom, two bathroom property so that our daughter did not have to share with us and she was very happy with her space. The management sorted out a rental vehicle for us on our first day which was a very smooth process, and even held our baggage beyond check-out whilst we sorted out our logistics on the island. We definitely recommend this accommodation and will be staying here again in the future. The staff are kind, very responsive and Exo Gonia is a VERY good location as there are many great restaurants in Pyrgos and brilliant restaurant called Metaxi Mas within walking distance.

Everything was amazing from the moment we stepped foot in Serapias Suites. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Ilias served us breakfast daily with a smile and ensured we started each morning with a delicious and varied selection. Mariana, the housekeeper, kept everything spotless and was always kind. Gino at the reception was extremely helpful and made us feel right at home with his warm and professional approach. We also highly recommend booking a massage during your stay. We had ours with Giannis and Daniela – it was without a doubt the best massage we’ve had in Santorini. So relaxing and absolutely worth it!

Someone met us and took our luggage’s up the stairs to our room which was very helpful. The hotel manage Iro was brilliant and an amazing host. It’s clear why she has been the manager of the Serapias suites for the last 5 years and she surely is going to go on and keep up the consistency of her job to a high standard. Any issues we had, were fixed swiftly and her customer service was efficient at all times. She took into consideration our need for privacy and gave us the best room at the top without having to ask her. If you read this Iro, thank you for all your help. Also want to mention Elias our favourite “papu”. He was brilliant and always there when needed and always had a smile and cheery positive attitude. He was very attentive, and just very sweet and warming towards us. Thank you Elias.

Everything was perfect the property manager was always in communication with us via booking.com messenger any questions prior to getting there was answered promptly. The property was immaculate can’t fault it fully stocked toiletries. The staff was so welcoming and pleasant. When we arrived the bell boy was waiting for us to take our luggage. We checked in which was done in 5 minutes then we chose our breakfast which is a variety of options from cereal to a full English you can chose the quantity of all items. We was located in apartment 1 which is the first apartment as soon as you get to the property on your right we was unsure about it at first but after our stay we was thankful because it was easy access for the drunken nights and we wasn’t disturbing anyone. As soon as you walk into the gated apartment you will see the beautiful private pool. When you walk in you are hit with the nice breeze of aircon which gets you in the mood to jump in your private heated pool may I add which can be adjusted with a simple message to the property manager. We had a 2 bed apartment with 2 floors with both floors fully equipped with everything you need. Breakfast was served at our chosen time for 11am which was perfect as we had time to chill in the pool and have some cheeky morning drinks before hand. The staff brought the food to our front porch as we wanted to sit outside to eat. The breakfast was grand we showed her pictures of how was want our food cooked and it was done. Our flights were in the evening and check out was at 11am she gave us a courtesy 1hr to get ready as our breakfast was served at 11am we wanted to visit the rest of the island before we head back to the airport (7mins away) with our trusted atv from Fria (https://motomanosfira.gr) so she said we should leave our luggage in the room and the bell boy will leave them in reception for our return later on in the evening The stay was perfect.

We had the most amazing stay at Serapias Suites. Absolutely beautiful with the most breathtaking view. Very close to the local town of Pyrgos with many bars and restaurants offering great food with great prices. The staff at Serapias Suites were so helpful and made our stay unforgettable. They were always available via WhatsApp for any questions we had. The breakfast was so fresh and delicious with a great variety to choose from. Thank you so so much to all the staff at Serapias Suites for the most unforgettable experience.

Well, where do I start, it’s a Fantastic suite, in all honesty you cannot fault the location or the scenery & when it comes to facilities it did not disappoint, the heated pool 24 hours a day, private area for you to enjoy with your other half or friends. Iro the receptionist was very friendly and always responsive to any request before and during the stay, as well as information regarding tour guides, rentals etc

The suite was pretty stunning with the pool and the great views. The rooms were very spacious, modern and clean. The staff were absolutely fantastic and were extremely helpful in every way. We loved having breakfast bought to our suite daily. Overall this was an amazing place I’d highly recommend
